Pasta fatta da loro (e si vede dalle "imperfezioni" che ogni chicco di pasta riporta, indice di una manifattura a mano e non a macchina). Io ho preso fusilli alla norma e devo dire che sono rimasta più soddisfatta qui che in altri ristoranti di città. Tutto perfetto: la pasta, il sugo, la ricotta, il prezzo (molto convieniente), le porzioni super generose (la più piccola 150g) e i tempi di attesa super ristretti (essendo pasta fresca, si prepara in meno di 5min)... ma una menzione speciale va alle melanzane: NON HO MAI MANGIATO DELLE MELANZANE PIÙ BUONE DI QUESTE!! (Scusate, potrei sembrare ripetitiva, ma per quante volte posso dirlo non sarà mai abbastanza). Una menzione va anche ai ragazzi super simpatici e disponibili. Se vi trovate a venire sull'Etna, vi prego non vi fate ingannare dai posti turistici più a vista, fate qualche passo più in là e venite a mangiare qui! Non ve ne pentirete!
